51 companies from Kosovo are participating in the Albanian gastronomy fair taking place in Berlin

51 companies from Kosovo in the food, beverage, non-food products, wood, and ICT sectors are presenting and offering their products and services at the Albanian gastronomy fair, "Global Albanian Gastronomy Festival", which is being held in Berlin, Germany, from October 2nd to 3rd, 2024.

This fair provides excellent opportunities for Kosovar businesses to not only showcase their products but also to establish partnerships with the Albanian diaspora in the gastronomy sector, including hotel, bar, and restaurant owners and managers, as well as German businesses in the industry.

As part of the fair, a panel discussion was held on the topic: "Diaspora Investments: The Potential of Albanian Diaspora Capital in the Development of the Western Balkans". During the discussion, the Acting General Director of KIESA, Zef Dedaj, presented the favorable conditions and opportunities for investment in Kosovo. Mr. Dedaj also discussed the support provided to Kosovar companies for international market promotion.

Throughout the two days of the fair, Mr. Dedaj held numerous meetings with the participating businesses.

MIET/KIESA provided exhibition space covering an area of ​​500m2 for the 51 local businesses to participate in this fair.
