KIESA hosted a delegation from the Embassy of Japan in Kosovo

The Acting Director General of the Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Support Agency (KIESA), Mr. Zef Dedaj, together with his staff, hosted a meeting with representatives from the Embassy of Japan in Kosovo, led by Mr. Tanigaki Hiroyasu, Chargé d’Affaires.

During the meeting, Mr. Dedaj presented the role and commitments of KIESA, including the promotion of investments, exports and tourism, support for enterprises, and the establishment and functioning of industrial and technological parks. He informed Mr. Hiroyasu about the favorable climate for doing business in Kosovo, the competitive advantages the country provides, institutional reforms, and economic developments, highlighting sectors with an investment potential.

Mr. Hiroyasu expressed his interest in learning more about priority sectors for investment, as well as the procedures and incentives offered to foreign investors.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their willingness to initiate cooperation in joint activities between Kosovar and Japanese companies, with the aim of increasing Japanese investments in Kosovo.
