Hit Flores is a leading company in Kosovo in the collection and processing of forest fruits, mushrooms and different types of medicinal plants. The collection activity of the company usually takes place in Kosovo and in parts of Albania. In recent years, Hit Flores has also started cultivating Meeker- and Willamette-variety raspberries, and Senga variety strawberries. Hit Flores together with its wide network of partners owns approximately 100 hectares of raspberry bushes and 10 hectares of strawberry bushes. The company is also involved in the processing and packaging (both dried and frozen) of different fruit products. The company currently owns a freezing facility with a capacity of over 2500 tons. Around 98% of Hit-Flores’s products are exported to other Balkan countries and European markets.
