The data is gathered by using a mixture of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies including: B2B/B2C Surveys, Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing, Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing, Paper & Pencil Interviewing, Focus Group Discussions, In-depth Interviewing, Cognitive Interviewing, Secondary Data Collection, Observational Research and Mystery Shopping. In addition to utilizing various data gathering techniques, the company designs study methodologies, develops survey instruments and sampling frames, conducts fieldwork, analyzes data, and generates statistics and reports based on the gathered data with utmost precision and reliability. Moreover, Bambus Group operates a Contact Center providing Inbound & Outbound services, Repair Center and Technical Setup. Through its sub-company, Taktika Studio, Bambus Group provides professional services in branding, web design, motion design and digital marketing; while via Treedev subcompany, Bambus Group offers IT and Software Development services including planning, designing, building, operating and maintaining efficient infrastructures. In March 2020, due to COVID-19 pandemic, Bambus Group launched ‘Flutura’ Academy with an online platform that assisted educational institutions to transfer their learning process online. In its core concept, the Academy aims to provide tailored trainings to youngsters meeting the labour market needs.
