Minister Hajdari and Acting Director General of KIESA Dedaj Visited "Plastika" L.L.C.

The company "Plastika" L.L.C is among the first companies operating in the Industrial Park in Drenas since 2010. It has an area of 160 ares and has made a significant contribution to the manufacturing and exports of the plastic sector.

This company is engaged in the collection, recycling, manufacturing and processing of plastic and its products, employing about 40 employees within the park.

Unfortunately, this company caught fire on 11 March 2024 and suffered large damages, which forced it to cease all business activities within the park and let go about 40 employees.

Minister Hajdari expressed her regret for the case, informing Mr. Shabani that as a first step of MIET’s support and in a positive spirit, rent exemption possibilities have been offered in coordination with the municipality of Drenas, while other modest possibilities will also be considered in accordance with the applicable legislation.
