- Informs potential investors about the primary and secondary legislation of Industrial and Technological Parks;

- Provides information on the physical infrastructure within the legalized ITP;

- Receives, reviews and evaluates applications provided by ITP developers;

- Cooperates with the municipalities of Kosovo, for the establishment and construction of the infrastructure of Industrial and Technological Parks;

- Promotes Industrial and Technological Parks through discussions at conferences and meetings;

- Cooperates and coordinates with municipalities for the placement of foreign and local investors in ITP;

- Reviews complaints from businesses about Industrial and Technological Parks as well as the Drenas Business Park.
