Roads

The road network consisting of 2012.0 km. Roads are 629 km, 78.0km International and regional roads 1305.0.

 

 Railway network

Kosovo possesses a railway system of 333 km covering all the territory of Kosovo by connecting the north with south and east with west. On the southeast and northern railway lines provide access to the international railway network.

 

Ongoing restoration and modernization of the Kosovo’s railway, provides a solid basis to meet the growing demand of logistics services. Construction of the new line that will connect Pristina with the port of Durres in Albania, is underway.

 

Air transport

 

Besides road and railway network, Kosovo has a modern international airport. With more than one million passengers per year, Prishtina International Airport ranks among the busiest airports in the region, offering some international airlines and flights to major European centers.

Pristina International Airport was concessioned Airpot Limak de Lyon for a period of 20 years, in exchange for € 100 million investment to modernize and expand the airport, helping to become a key hub in the near future.
