The Industrial Park in Lipjan was established in 2016 with a surface of 56 ha.

The Ministry of Trade and Industry through the Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Support Agency (KIESA), in cooperation with the municipality of Lipjan in 2016, have started the first investment in construction of physical infrastructure in this economic area by levelling the terrain and at the same time it is planned to continue with investments in the regulation of physical infrastructure such as roads, electricity and water etc.
